This session was part of my 3rd annual summer mini sessions at Brundage Reserve in Randolph NJ. These sessions have turned into some of my favorite sessions of the year! I just love the scenery of the long grass and golden hour summer lighting! I’m so lucky to have had so many families return to sign up every year and can’t wait to host these sessions again. This was my first time meeting + photographing this family and I had the loveliest time doing so!

I’ve had the honor of photographing this family every summer since their youngest was 1 years old. It’s so fun to look back at photos and see how they’ve grown. I was so excited to photograph this family at Cross Estate Gardens in Bernardsville. The setting here is stunning with tons and tons of varieties of flowers, long grass, stone pathways etc. Their daughter always brings the same hat every year which has become a fun tradition to photograph her in. I made sure to get family photos of them all together as well as just the siblings and some solo portraits. So fun for me!

Caitlyn’s little one just turn one and it was the perfect opportunity for a mommy + me session. I photographed them at Heistein’s Pond in Randolph NJ which is a beautiful backdrop complete with wildflowers, trails, pond, etc. I’ve been keeping at eye on this location for a few years and it was more beautiful than I even anticipated. I’m excited to watch the color of the leaves turn in the fall and plan to do some family sessions in the fall.

This family signed up for my summer mini sessions which are 20 minute sessions that take place in Brundage Park in Randolph NJ. It’s a grassy field with very little foot traffic and often there’s beautiful wildflowers and tall grass growing. I love this little spot and these summer sessions have become my favorite sessions of the year! I hold them in the evening so that you get the golden hour glow from the sunset.

I’ve had the honor of photographing this family for a few summers now, but it was extra special to take maternity photos of Katie during the height of cherry blossom season in Branch Brook Park. Spring flowers and these beautiful trees were in full bloom so we took advantage of some early morning light for family photos. This location was just around the corner from Branch Brook Park’s Cherry Blossom festival, so we successfully avoided all the crowds and photographed in this quiet spot.
